I started shopping there almost two years ago and even though I pop in at other shops from time to time I only shop there and always except on two occasions taken my bikes there for service. I even helped out there at one stage!

 

Twice I took my MTB to the "authorised dealer" and on both occasions I was unhappy. Loose skewers, loose handlebar, ghost shifting, late, not washed and almost twice what CFS charge! What a waste.

 

They are A LOT cheaper than the competition and their coffee is tops!

Had the Mojo there for a pre-sale inspect-n-lube-n-all. Couldn't make it back in time on Thu to pick up the bike before they close. Gerhard offered  to take the bike with in order to meet after hours so I could get my bike. When I got there he was already waiting for me with the bike and even though I was even later than thought he took the time to talk through everything done, or should that be not done!

 

They basically gave the bike a once-over and realised that the bike only needs a wash and lube. Cost came to close to nothing, but I didn't have cash with me. No problem, I could make a transfer the next day!

 

What great service.
