I've seen one of my friends do a very impressive sprint after being hit by a blob of some of other gooey stuff. (*ahem...cough...chairman*) She passed the bunch, and just kept going...and then when she finally slowed down she was quite vocal about the whole thing and the rest of us canned ourselves laughing.
