Eugene Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 I have a fully painted carbon frame and I would like to give it that "carbon look" finish. I have been told that the carbon weave finish on a bike is purely an outer layer that has been added on for cosmetic purposes. If I were to have the paint removed, what would I see underneath and would I be able to achieve that nice carbon look?
