4ph3X Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 this morning in traffic a guy casually threw his cigarette stompie out the window. next moment i see this old toppie get out of his car, walk over to the guy, picked up his stompie and threw it back in the guy's car! hillarious.the guilty party had a sheepish look on his face and a lot of people laughed (at him or the old toppie i don't know)

My friend saw 2 ladies throw their cigarette butts out of the window, so he called them with the car reg, where when etc. They supoosed to be able to give out R1000 fines.
