So you pushed out 122 Watts then??

I'm not planning on buying power meter and started interval training last week. Doing the Ride mag 8 sets of 4min and 90sec rest.

At this moment I'm focusing on gear selection (middle front and 4th back)and cadence (above 110) and couldn't care about HR - as I push it to 92% for last 3 sets.

But in 2 weeks time I want to start with power intervals. Can anyone recommend how I approach this?

Wondering if somewhere I can find gear + cadence = power output graph

Sorry if this question has been asked - which I'm sure it did - but can't find quick link to it. If any one can point me to it please do so?

What do you mean by 'power' intervals.  Power is required to propell the bike forward, so any interval is a 'power' interval.

I suspect you are referring to low cadence/high torque intervals.  I.e. high force pedalling and not high power pedalling.

My suggestion is that you do 4 minute intervals on a climb, to train climbing specific efforts, and 4 minute intervals on a flat, to train that kind of 'speed' aspect.  That will provide the type of stimulus that you will encounter in racing.
