scotty Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 ONLY deal in EFT or CASH CASH... How would you know its an EFT and not a rubber cheque. Maybe proof of payment. Cheques need to deposited over the counter and you will be able to see. With a scanner and software to edit, you can make any thing look legit.
onebynine Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 Happened to a mate of mine, they deposited the cheque, told him to check his account where he saw the money not realising it was still to clear, and gave them the bike only to have a call from nedbank the cheque was not honoured!
