Is it a American Classic hub by any chance?

The local shop also can't find your Alien bearing....LOL

The other two is priced between R15-R20.

Just to put it out there: http://www.enduroforkseals.com/. This would involve shipping and import and the like but they do seem to have all the kits for all bikes...

Johan we will be taking on the Enduro agency and should have initial stock arriving within the month. If you need anything in the future we should have most of the "specific" bearings. Let me know if you need anything down te line:

Hi Andre

Any idea how much the ISIS BB bearings and the GXP BB bearings are?

Aaaa a clue.... make it a Crane creek hub then.

Found another source:

Seams radio control cars may also use this size.

You are right. What gave the game away?

Thanks for your trouble. Now you know why I favour plain old Shimano wheels. You can buy the bearings anywhere.

I have a local hound on the job and if that doesn't work, mail order is the next option.

Immmm Embarrassed, I also try to stay as far as possible from proprietary spares but?...in a moment of weakness I bought an American Classic wheelset that unfortunately was the old version that use funny sized bearings.  I did a quick search when I realized it is the old version and found it would be a pain to get bearings. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I rechecked the bearings sizes today and realized that my AM rear hub uses your mystery bearing an the front hub uses a R4 bearing ( ??x 5/8? x 0.196?) DeadOuch.

I see the enduro guys also make the R4. Thumbs%20Up

Hey Guys, be careful 71902 is not the same as 6902 or 61902. The 6 series bearings are radial ball bearings, the 7 series are angular contact and, yes, it does make a difference.

@ Johann - I have got prices and deliveries on all but the 71902. Am trying o/seas sources at the mo. Dimensionally the 6902 is the same but as I have said, it is radial and cannot take a huge thrust load. Perhaps the app does not call for a lot of thrust loading?

I will PM you with prices

Thanks Ti

The application is a suspension bike's rear suspension pivots and freehub body, thus Zero thrust. I can't even say if the bearings I replace are original spec. All I know is they fit and maybe someone just found radial bearings that happen to fit.

I'll be grateful if you could e-mail me the details to johanatyellowsaddledotseeodotzeda
