High Intensity Interval Training Study

 

Requirements:

­      22 injury free and healthy male cyclists between age 18 and 45

­      Cyclists who have completed on average at least 8 hrs of training a week for the last 6 weeks

What will be required of you?

­    Two VO2 max tests and 40 km TT tests

­    2 weeks of training including 4 High Intensity Interval Session in the laboratory

­    Refrain from racing for the duration of the study (4 weeks)

 

Benefits to recruits:

­    Full analysis of your performance tests

­    Supervised training by High Performance Cycling consultants

­    A 4 week individualized training program following successful completion of the study

­    An opportunity to ?sharpen? up your fitness

Yes, they then plot your vomit volume over time, and express your fitness level in L/day.

Guys this a like a R1000 close to test for it to be done free is worth the 8-15min its gonna take you.
