I find that it works well! Have been taking it mixed with my energy drink on every ride. I find that i rocover faster and it helps my immune system. Im sick now for the 1st time in 2years. Ironically i stopped taking it for the last 3weeks now just to give body a break. Dont find it works with cramping. This year i started cramping during races

Warrenchem Specialities is a chemical company that supplies the pharmacuetical (excuse spelling), food and wine industry. They sell whey protein, creatine and other stuff as well. U will probably find that alot of the local suplement producers buy the raw material from them. There is another bulk chemical company that also use to deal with products like these,  and use to be much cheaper. They are/were called Daytona chemicals. I know they have offices in Cape Town and, Johannesburg and Durban if i am not mistaken
