powertap problems

Hi there powertap users

Im going to buy a powertap pro+.Ive been reading about all the problems that have to do with bad weather.Does the wireless version have the same problems?Are there any other problems that any of you have come across?

I have the wireless 2.4 sl, it works great! only done about 2000k's with it now but no problems whatsoever, and I rode it some pretty bad weather too, readings still fine!

I have a pro+ and have ridden it through a freezing European winter with gritty, salty, wet roads and snow.  Not a single hickup!  Love it.

 

Much, much more reliable then my old Polar power meter...
