  1. Hi Bobbie, We don't have many groups riding around here, but there are usually more rides over weekends. You can DM me you contact details and I'll ask the guys to add you to the Watsapp group.
  2. H Frikster, we can help you out with a new bike with a white frame. I sent you a message with the details.
  3. We left our Topeak tool box in the sun at the Sani2C once after the 1st stage and one of the bombs in the top tray exploded. Looked just like that one and we needed a new toolbox.
  4. Hi Slowbee, How tall are you? What does your inseam measure? If you have that you can accurately determine what size would be best for you. It would also be great to go for bike fit after you have bought it. As for the differences between the Diverge, Tarmac and Roubaix. The Tarmac is an all out race bike, with aggressive geometry. If you want a light fast bike this is the one. On the 2016 models you can't go much wider than 26c tires as you will run into clearance issues. The Roubaix has a much higher stack hight so you'll sit more upright and with the future shock and wider tyres you will have a much more comfortable ride. The Diverge is an awesome bike, just got one for myself. It is super comfortable and versatile. It has the shortest reach and most upright position. It is the heaviest and most comfortable bike between the three. You can fit up to 40c tyres and pretty much go anywhere with the bike. Feel free to contact us if you need any more advice.
  5. I've got a medium World Cup with look Strack Pedals and the new Renegade 2.1 tires and it weighed in at 10.15kg without a swat kit.
  6. We had a bad batch of sealent. We've raced these tires at Mankele 3 towers, Berg and Bush and Rooiberg without problems.
  7. Had a flash Alloy 1 two years ago. Came standard with Sram X7/9 mix. Just changed the wheels to a set of Crest hoops with Tune hubs and Conti tyres and a xx cassette and it came in just under 10kg with all the standard alu bits and bobs. Wheels and tyres makes the biggest difference in weight and responsiveness of bike, but are also expensive.

  13. Cannondale Flash 29er Alloy. R24 000 and weighs 10.7kg's. if you do a few upgrades to you'll have an awesome bike for just under R30 000. I've got one and got it down to 9.9kg's by just changing the wheels
