Micky Mouse Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Thank you guys for the ride this morning, was great and pace just right, though have to start working on the climbs to stay with you. Some of us did the gravel section to Malanshoogte and this mornings ride just confirmed I will skip the 99'er. That gravel section is far too dangerous in a race and the last 3 climbs to torturous at the end of a race. Hope to ride with you guys again in the future. Have a great New Year.Why skip it? Rather do the shorter route, and have more fuel in the tank to tackle those hills?
