happymarting, i don't actually have it. this story about the book appeared in teh belfast telegraph, which i have syndicated access to. am afraid you may have to get it from amazon. i forwarded to my former father-in-law, and, as he grew up cycling in ireland during the same era, he may be keen to get a copy. i do too. if all of us do, maybe we can share shipping costs?

I think that if we track down the isbn and publisher that either loot or Kalahari will get the book. Do they not say they will supply any book if requested? Otherwise I guess it is Amazon.
