Because murray, you wouldn't really be south african if something wasnt stolen from you, even if still en route from a foreign country smiley17.gif

and dont delay contacting them in the hope the tracking details will change. Speed is often of the essence here in finding out exactly what's going on with your parcel.

Murray: tell them your package is taking incredibly long, and you would like them to look into it from their side as they've contracted Parcelforce to do the delivery for them. tell them this delay is highly unusual considering previous deliveries for yourself and your friends., thus your concern.

Yes please Murray. All details necessary to determine where the parcel is. Order number, tracking number, items you ordered etc etc.

So email CRC with the tracking details and then e-mail parcel force. Why can't it just arrive and it all be so simple

@DHK

... I feel your pain! I ordered a new stem and bars on the 19th Dec... STILL no news (my fault for being a Royal Mail cheap-skate).

But with my next order of a new helmet (placed on the 26th Dec), I shipped via parcelforce, and since the 6th Jan, it just says "Left Origin Country", and hasn't changed status since then!

Are you having the same problem?

according to that status, your parcel is still officially in the UK. Same with patches. Hence my strong suggestion you contact CRC and PF both to find out what's going on. Maybe their computerised system is at fault, who knows. Best to ask.

done! thanks for the update smiley1.gif Lets hope our stuff doesnt get lost like Murray's smiley6.gif not funny at all.

Also, in future, we should consolidate our purchases and rather go with UPS. I know it's a bit more money, but the peace of mind and speed of service is well worth the extra cost. CRC gives a full break down of the costs for the various services. Scroll down to the bottom of their webpages and click on Delivery.
