I have heard the freezer tip a few times too. It makes perfect sense that nothing will grow in it when its in the freezer.

Sportsman Wharehouse has tablets for R40 bucks (still need to get some) that are designed for Hydration packs. Its most likely just instant Milton - costs the same.

Also you get pink bottles of baby bottle sterilising liquid from Toys R Us that should work well.

You can also use denture tablets. Havent checked ingredients but will have a look.

Also' date=' if you don't have time to wash out the pack, chuck it into the freezer. Then you can either wash it out when you have a chance or?when you next go for a ride?take it out and refill. [/quote']

one of the dumber things i've done was to fill the bag and put it in the freezer the night before the ride ... could't drink out of the bag the whole ride, and it was damn uncomforatble with the block of ice that refused to take the shape of my back...

Just leave your balls inside the bag. No need to take them outTongue. You can wash your bag and your balls altogether' date=' giving them a vigorous rub with warm water..sloshing them about.

I like the idea of the throughpull with the brake cable...Star

I usually use a hosepipe and a broom.

The trick is getting the bugger to stand still.

and never, I mean never, stand behind it.
