I'm trying to get my girl into cycling and we went for 2 rides allready (but lots of spinning classes).  She complains of pain between her shoulder blades.  Any suggestions how to solve this?  We are the same height but my legs are longer than hers....see rides with my setup with the saddle lowered.

Thnx!

Something to do with the handlebars?

Rather go for a proper setup....will be the best thing in the long run...i.e . happy GF = happy FanieFiets!!

Maybe invest in a Sportsbra?Wink

OK, leavin!!

hahahha, funny man!    ja, I know a proper setup is best, but you is borrowing my mtb so I cant change to much and buy new stems, handlebars and all that.

Wondering if someone knows of i quick fix.....

Sounds like a reach issue, which can only really be solved by changing the stem.

Inverting the stem & rolling the bars back (assuming you've got riser bars) might make a small difference. But then you're going to have to shift the brake levers & shifters as well (roll fwd) to compensate for rolling the bar.

I agree...it has to do with the reach....(That's what I actually menat with the handle bar comment).

So, a stem swop will do the job...
