Roer Posted August 19, 2009 Share Without the luxury of "controlled environment testing" here's a tip. Take an ear bud and go to the biggest bastard climb you can find. Ride it as hard as you can until blood starts running from your eyes. Take note of your heartrate and dab the blood using the earbud.
