How long can you maintain Heart rate Max?

My max is about normally about 206

I maintained max for about 19 min

Without the luxury of "controlled environment testing" here's a tip. Take an ear bud and go to the biggest bastard climb you can find.  Ride it as hard as you can until blood starts running from your eyes. Take note of your heartrate and dab the blood using the earbud. Take the earbud to the nearest lancet lab and tell them to test it for you.
