Hi. I bought a bike with Tektro Auriga Comp Hydraulic discs and the brakes are the wrong way round to what I'me used to (L=Back / R=front).

I need to swap the brakes around, but I believe it's not as simple as just swapping the levers because they'll be upside down. Can you disconnect the hoses from the reservoirs and swap them over? Obviously they'd need to be bled etc..

If anyone has done this and can offer me some tips, I'd be very glad!

Thanks.

Ya... search the forum... several have explained this procedure, and several detail how to accomplish it with no bleeding needed...

Awesome. You wouldn't happen to remember who / when / where any of these posts are...? smiley1.gif I can't find any in the quick search and the advanced search seemed to have issues at the moment...

If you are careful enough not to loose any fluid and get bubble in the tubes, you can just switch tubes. Rather do a proper job and get it done by pros.
