(these were on special) She is raving after every ride about how much difference the bike is making to her riding. I was sceptical about the whole women specific thing but seeing her and how her confidence grew on this bike convinced me.

Quite a long story to explain but nothing beats riding a bike before you buy and lady specific gear is a bigger marketing trip than the real thing. Also a good option, yes. Not sure on the prices, but if their other bikes are something to go by it'll be a little bit more expensive. Will be a killer ride though.
