I've ordered an IDT on 19 August and a IDT Mat just to get the price over the amount needed for free delivery. The mat was out of stock however and aparently still is. How long does it normally take to get things back in stock? If I knew that it would take so long I would have added something else cause now I'm waiting for the product that I don't really need and it delays the delivery of the one that I actually need / or want.

markStockton Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 i have had similar problems, eventually canceled the out of stock items and replaced them with an alternative item. Mail them, they are very helpful and understand the concept of customer service.

I ordered stuff in the passed; payed waited 2 weeks, contacted them and only then did they inform me that the item i ordered and payed for was not currently in stock. I had a nighmare with them. Waited almost 2 months to get my stuff. Decided to give them another go 3 days back and so far so good
rock Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 no point in buyng something when they say its out of stock......just sign up to get the email notice for when the part is back in stock, then order, you don't pay for something at your LBS when its not there.....
