Could even be simple - sometimes, particularly after ridingin the rain, when contact area between the fork and the quick release might get a little "dry". Take the wheel off, wipe down the two surfaces, and maybe spray on a touch of Q20/WD40 and replace the wheel. You can also adjust the tension of the QR.

 

The job should take you about a minute.

 

If the noise persists, then it might be bearings.
