Felt Tri-Bike Advice

I have been told that one of the Felt Tri-Bike models has a problem with a loose "head" which causes significant "shake" at higher speeds.  Can anyone confirm this, and if so, which model is this?

I know a guy who had exactly the same problem. His bike was in and out of the bike shop to try and cure it.

 

It seems that the problem did not lie in the bike, but rather in the way it was assembled.

 

I have absolutely no idea as to which part it is, but there is apparantly some part in the headset/fork/tube area of a Felt which operates differently to most bikes and if the bike shop does not fit this part correctly, it can cause damage and cause these "shakes"

as i understand it FELT in general had issues with their headsets! i think the newer models have been sorted out??

2006 / 2007. As far as I know the 2008 / 2009 bikes didn't have any issues.
