Front Fork Set Up

Not much adjustment on those forks - just set your spring up for 20% - 25% sag, and if you can, play with the rebound setting so it doesn't bounce you off after a big hit.

Theres two knobs i can see that i can play with. The tension - is that for sag? And then theres the lock out. How do i change the rebound setting?

Wind the tension knob all the way out and sit on the bike. If you're between 20% and 25% sag, fine, otherwise crank it up till you get there. If you can't (too much / too little) you'll need a new spring.

As for rebound, it doesn't sound like you can tweak it. So I 'd say just go ride, and don't stress about it too much (unless you want to sacrifice your bank balance at the LBS upgrade altar)
