My Fox 100RL shock after a bumpy ride had some oil residue on the top of the shock tubes, how much residue is normal, it actually ran down the tube a bit on both sides.

 

The shock is new and has only done a few rides!!!

 

Is this normal or should I take it to the bikeshop!!

 

Still learning about the mountainbike stuff but is more on the dark side than ever!!!!Embarrassed

As long as its a 6 hour ride + then Im in. Im training for the 94.7 Mtb race and would like to finish in the top 100 000!!!! He He!!!

you are better off practicing jumping the  queue at your local bank tellers at lunch time!
