Just wanna give a big thank you to CWC cyles and Wsquared cycles as well.  Bought some xtr parts and R1 brakes from them.

 

Service was great ! 

Quick and efficient handling of the invoice/payment/shipping.

 

The pricing is excellent as well and the staff helpfull and friendly, enduring my many emails and phone calls.

 

I adivise you all to give them a try! I know I will again...

I can totally agree about CWC (have not dealt with Wsquared yet).

 

Had quite a number or orders with CWC over the past year or so, the last being pretty big, and their service is excellent!  Pricing was also better than I could find online, so importing would have been more expensive!

 

I'll support CWC all the way!!

I have not experienced postage from them since I am just round the corner, I have never walked out of that shop with not having purchased what I went there for. Always have stock and of course the best prices.

First time visit, i went earlier to Westdene cycles to get a new crank and BB after my cr@ppy FSA one came apart yesterday, apprehensive at first but their price was cheaper than any other shop when i phoned around (so much for certain chain stores promise of "we will better any quoated price"), and they fitted it no charge while I waited using the correct tools.
