i mailed sportcam this morning and got the below response:

We are systematically working through

prepaid photographs from the 94.7 Cycle Races.

 

Unfortunately we have experienced a major

technical fault with our order system. This has delayed the delivery of several

orders. We are currently doing all we can to resolve this issue and hope to

have this problem resolved by the end of the day.

 

 

 

In light of this we hope to have prepaid

orders with competitors within a week. We are very sorry for any inconvenience

this has caused, please be patient and if you have any further enquiries please

It's 3 week after the event and I'm still waiting for my photographs. I can't belive it. Are they not able to fix their problem with the system?

hey... i can't even find a single pic of myself, on their site ... two pics of my wife.

 

worst thing is my timing chip didn't work, now it is like i wasn't even there, I know i was.. can still remember the cramps

I take 2 weeks to edit  about 500 wedding pics,so these pics could take a while still unless they have alot of staff.

You're comparing apples and eggs  ... The two forms of photography are vastly diffrent in terms of photographic skills, workflow, proessing and staff.
