the course is absolutely awesome at the moment we rode it this morning, only a bit of water near the finish! Those paths are packed so hard I doubt anything will grow there again before the end of the world comes!

That first lap in the mud - notice the algae on the rear wheel from where I dunked my bike in the dam (just after the wooden bridge)

Bennie......what a nice guy but what a horrible little corner' date=' but I managed to ride it.....lots.[/quote']

We did try our best to get it improved (and it was when it was dry ...) compared to how you rode it in training hey Boris!

You looked happier from where I was watching.

That last lap was a killer - had to change to my small blade for the first time to get up that concrete climb, and the hill after it.

I ride with an USE Exposure Enduro on the handlebars, and had a USE Exposure Joystick on my helmet.

I just went up for the weekend - left on Friday evening, and was home on Sunday night.

I haven't been out on the Somerset West roads for a while - did all my riding in races this month - 300km at Makadas, 200km DC and now 210+km at the 24hr. Time for a break.

Yeah - on medium I think they'll last longer than that. I do have spare batteries for both.

At Makadas they I ran them both for 7 hours and they were still going strong when we finished.
