When it is switched off it still sounds as if it's transmitting, and that is obviously why its chowing the batteries, why is it transmitting when it's off have i stuffed up a setting somewhere? MarkU Posted December 13, 2009 Share Dont believe it's a setting issue. I got the same unit, was having problems with my buttons not working, sent it to Polar SA thru my LBS.
