C W C, Sales anttendants were helping everyone

I went into CWC with my ten questions, wanted to get some goods and sort out my loose headset.

 

 

 

Well I must tell you, I am in Counter sales myself and also a service orientated business.

 

They did not only see to my troubles but helped all the other clients without ignoring me.

 

 

 

There is no value to everyones purchases, let it be a R50 sale or a R50 000 sale you are still treated as a client.

I agree, its always a pleasure to go to CWC and I have also had no problems with the couple of items I have bought over the Internet   The only thing with this store (as with many bike shops) is as a roadie its a little sad to the see the gradual shift towards MTB orientation and consequentially, fewer road bike items being stocked - but I guess that's the market talking!
