firewolf Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 cannot recomend off road routes as not a mtb rider - but - for pure exitment try setting off on a ride during the summer fire season on table mountain - wait till the smoke is so thick you cannot even see your helmet lid then set off at full speed down a new and unkown trail. after all they all end up somewhere in the deer park area/cape town bo-kaap area. I mean whats the worst that can happen? Really? No one has ever died in a mountain fire. Ok - so there were one or two but hey they were not on a mountain bike...! Stupid walkers!
