Went through without any problems. Total amount of the order (excl vat) was R5058. Vat and clearance came to R803.

 

Order incl:

1 x XT crankset

1 x SLX crankset

2 x XT Cassette.

1 x XT pedals

1 x Selle Italia saddle

2 x XT chains

 

Just ordered a new fork.

That's cheap, there was some guy on here the other day saying he'd do it (clearing) for R300.

Did you get somebody specific to do the clearing ?

Indigo Kid, they don't always asked for it to be cleared. None of mine as ever required it. Just pitch at the PO with the slip and the Vat money.

The only time you would need my services as offered would be when you receive a formal letter from SARS advising you that you require a formal clearance
