Sorted. How do put pics into spec Size?

I need to load pics into 468 x 60 pixels (40kb).

 

I do not know what do, Please Help.

 

At last done in 4hours when I have waited for how long to upload my Advert.

Assuming you're using windows, select your pics in explorer and right click. Use the 'send to' and select mail recipient. You will be prompted to 'make pictures smaller' or 'keep original size'.

 

Make them smaller and mail them to yourself

Load the pic required, and hit Control-R and choose the size you want. ON the file menu is a Save As option, click that, and save as a .jpg format as a new size name...
