Hi Hubbers

 

I've been asked to give an offer on a full carbon Schwinn Peloton Ltd 2008, but I really have no idea on what a good price is.

 

Ive got wheels so my offer has to be for the rest of the bike.

The groupset is Shimano 105 ten speed and the rest is nothing special. The bike is second hand. Any advice would be appreciated

I paid R8000 for a 2nd hand 2007 model with Dura-Ace, without wheels, cassette cages and pedals.

I paid R9k for a brand new one. Its the blue one, 2008 with shimano STI's and deralieurs. But the one in your pic is the LTD. Mine is the normal peleton.

 

 

 

Got 105 crank and brakes from a good mate who had some lying around. Bought a selle italia and mavic ksyrium elites for R5,5.

 

 

 

So all in all R14,5k for a full carbon 105 bike.
