MTB routes in Cape Town

Could someone give me an idea of the various routes in the Cape Town City area?

I have been on the ones on Table Mountain - city bowl side and Tokai, where are the other safe spots to ride by yoursefl?

 

Get home from work at 5.30 - 6.00 and would like to hop on the bike and take a quick ride,

Thats it unless you go down to Black hill.  You can ride between Black Hill road and the top of Red Hill. Not sure how safe this is.

SANParks aren't keen on MTBer's on other routes on the Mountain....
