Starting Again

After a one month lay off, (hit a taxi)Cry, I have been the go ahead to start training again.

Before my collision I was doing 3x 20 min efforts at 95% MHR, 5-10 min breaks, then 2 hour recovery. Did this Mon, (If no race sunday), Wed and Fri. Tues and Thurs were 2 recovery rides.


How should I get back into my training, 2 weeks of level2/ endurance work then back into the intervals? Any Ideas?
