Triathlete SA Magazine !!

Does anyone know if the magazine is still around ?

 

I'm wouldn't be surprised if they are not, I have had issues getting anything out of them since the day I subscribed (Sept '09).

 

a) No confirmation of subscription that was done online

b) Never received my subscription gift

c) Never received the apology pack that was promised by the Editor because of above

d) Never get a response from the mag when I email them asking for a response on the above.

e) Still waiting on issue that was promised to all subscribers beginning of Feb

f) never get a response from the mag re: Feb issue delivery.

 

Just utterly poor service and a sh*te experience with the mag from the beginning.

 

I really wanted to support the magazine(hence my sub) as the content was great in the previous issues, now there seem to be more "issues" than issues !!!

 

Marius(Ed), pls can I have my money back.

 

Everyone else, dont waste your time or money.

My sisters got her boyfriend a subscription for his birthday last year. He still hasn?t received a copy of the magazine. After numerous complaints they did give him an apology pack, but still no magazine

Don't know about this mag, but there is a magazine called "GOMULTI" that caters for multi sport

im in exactly the same boat here i subscribed ages ago and have recieved one copy!

 

i think i might have the guys email address somewhere! ive actually pretty much forgotten about it already! as Pinarello says the GoMulti is a good publication with good articles in every month

I get GoMulti now too and I agree they are awesome. There was one small admin issue which Deon dealt with super quickly.

Deon is great at GoMulti. I subscribed in December 2009.

 

I liked the idea of Triathlete SA, but haven't seen a issue lately.

I think PornStar was/is involved with them, so ask him. (Not sure about this)

Somebody at the post office seems to be partial to my Go Multi magazines... I've missed a few(2?) over the last few months.

 

Shucks... why can't they rather take one of the 2 Bicycling Magazines that are posted to me every month?

Go Multi is definitely the BEST Multisport Magazine in SA, Deon really gets out there and makes sure it is filled with usefull info, not just pages and pages of adverts.

I have seen that there is a new mag being released at IMSA this year called Triathlon plus. I think Glen Gore is involved with the guys at Sportsguide. I get the UK edition and it is a great magazine. Apparently the local one will have the international content as well as local. Looking forward to it.
