Torque setting: Toupe saddle rails

I purchased a Ritchley WCS Carbon seatpost the other day (2 bolt type) and noticed that the max torque on these bolts are 12 nm. Now I am wondering wat the max torque on my Specialized toupe saddle rails would be? Can anyone assist?

You would break the seatpost long before you do anything to the rails.
