Do outrider cycle club members have unrestricted access to Bellville Velodrome?

 

after hours as well? eg: after 8pm at night.

 

Also does anyone know of any good track bikes for sale (brand new preferable) at around the R2500 region?

Outriders have access to the Velodrome Wednesday nights 7:30 to 9:30pm. It's a structured training session done by Jaco Scholtz. If you want to give track a try, you can use one of the developement bikes. Just bring your own pedals. pm me if you want the details.
