New Balance *awesome service*

I would just like to mention about the great service I got from New Balance this week.

 

I bought myself a pair of New Balance 1064 running shoes.

 

I have quite a few pairs of N/B shoes so I was suprised when I went for a run and the heel cup dug in to my ankle just below lateral malleolus.

 

I called New Balance head office and without any hesitation I was put in to contact with Koenraad the representative and he asked me to take the shoes to where I bought them.

 

I duly took these back to the Sweat Shop in Centurion and just got an SMS that Craig at the store is waiting for me to collect a new pair of shoes.

Same kind of service from Salomon shoes. Brand new pair of shoes after pull strings snapped. No questions asked just phoned to tell me I can collect new shoes!!
