Trail Snail Posted May 15, 2010 Share I recently started the Cadence Cycling Performance Centre training programme in Hillcrest, and have seen/felt good improvement in my cycling performance. I am looking for a decent spinning bike to carry on with this form of training after the course finishes. The cost of the CycleOps bike are too high @ R24k. I am thinking about buying someything like the the Raleigh SP 500 bike and fitting the necessary equipment to monitor the cadence and the wattage outputs. Has anyone got any suggestions or ideas relating to this, as on a good day I am technically orientated enough to change a tube?
