In any event i managed to get his face on a video clip when he refused to have his pic taken. So if someone comes forward I at least have that not that it would help i think.

And the other question i have is in the last month i have seen more than 4 stolen bikes, and I am not even looking for them, How come the police does not seem to notice stolen bikes?
