Gone are the million reasons why you should buy the bike!!!!

The funny thing is that we all know that there is a market for pre-owned bikes at reasonable prices.

A lady here at work traded her stuffed up Silverback in for R500 less then what she payed for it when she bought a R10 000 Merida.

The bike shops here in Lux have a used sale at the end of the month and you can sell your bike or parts in the parking lots.Some of the bikes are almost given away.

Pedal Power used to do these regularly - probably when it was still WPPPA - more ilke a swap meet than a boot sale. It would be good if they managed to start them up again.

No fees charged here and bike shop will lend you a bike stand for the day.
