How to stay fit?

Was thinking of the floating thing. Will give it a try thanks. I have tried the spinning bike, but it hurts a bit, so I've stopped. Maybe I can try without any resistance.

Have you tried strapping it up? With elastaplast to totally imobalize the ankle while you exercise? I found that was like one of the only things that helped me to exercise again after I tore a bunch of the legaments in my ankel. And just as a suggestion try get to a biokineticist ask them to show you how to strap it propper and give you a exercise programe you can do in recovery.
