"This is the second year in a row that both the men's and women's races have been won on 29-inch wheel bikes. A turning point in the sport seems to be taking place. The Subaru-Trek team no longer even brings their 26-inch wheeled bikes to races."

Name has changed...TREK bikes..but it was the Gary Fisher Collection.

I was quite surprised when the did a quick mid-season team re-branding to "Trek Subaru" with new bikes, kit, vehicles re-wrapped etc.

 

btw did anyone see that saucy clip on youtube of willow koerber and heather irminger posing for that calendar in their skimpies.......nice.
