Mecnic Posted July 17, 2010 Share Is it an air version? Then its easy simply get hold of a shock pump from a bike shop and pump it up according to the table on the fork leg. If its a coil version you will need to get a stiffer coil spring or add a preload spacer or 2.
DownhillingKing Posted July 17, 2010 Share Surely if it's a coil version he will need to add more of the spacer or even get a harder coil.
DownhillingKing Posted July 17, 2010 Share Oh and I guarantee you that the rebound adjust will not make the fork any harder or softer. If it does there something wrong!
covie Posted July 17, 2010 Share and the rebound is normally at the bottom of the leg, a small black knob. If you played around with the knob at the top, and it did'nt come off and display the valve then its not an air shock. And just for kickers how much do you wheigh mate.
