Wheelsuck Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 So often the backup service from agents in SA is not that great. Not the case with sportpro. On Monday my rear pivot bolt on my Virtue 1 had sheared off. On Tuesday I called Clive and Justin, on Friday I had the bolt. Very responsive and helpfull, thanks guys!

Bike Lore Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 I bought a Felt F55 in 2009 and a week before this years Argus my rear stay broke near the jockey. I called BMT in Stellenbosch that Tuesday where i bought the bike and Felt replaced my frame and BMT rebuild it before the Thursday.How you like them apples?

Maybe Dan Taylor will make me a offer I can't refuse. I had a bad experience with the LBS who sells them The ex mechanic insulted me when I was a newbie. Was over weight and he told me Felt is for pro's but guys like me can get the brand name out there. Swore vowed and declared I would never set foot in that shop again. But Juan and Ken have been awesome to deal with, so my attitude is changing very quickly.

Think Crow posted it sometime back-all carbon. Felt makes great bikes that's why I have the MTB, Road and recently the Tri bike..... all Felt. And you know that there is backup from a comitted supplier.
