Colnago Posted August 13, 2010 Share and by the way ppl there is a huge difference between messing up your ac joint and a broken colar bone... ac joint much worse as there is no way to replace the ac joint once it torn to peices colar bone heals...ac joint gone for ever....but in saying that you can ride and race and do all with out it...
