Don't commute - work about 5k's from home, thinking of running to work in the future...

Next week the same thing if we can.

We need to make sure that the club goes upto the N7 everytime.

It adds some more hill in and it adds about another 30 min or so to make it 2 hours with them.

 

Maybe we should even get it put onto the newsletter?

You know Rodney better than I do, dont you maybe want to drop him a email and tell him that if anyone else is keen they must just meet us there?

Will be even better in a bigger group.

 

This coming weekend/Sat is good with me! We'll confirm between each other closer to the date.

 

Will run it by Rodney and sms a few guys to see if they are keen.

They are going to go check out the new westcoast express route.

I was so tempted, but I am sure that I would die if I went out again with these broken legs.
