hi ,

i have to bring my son to the science expo on the 1st and 2nd oct and would like to ride at the V/monument that you guys have been talking about.

 

So if someone could give me gps co-ords and a run down i would greatly appreciate it?

I dont have the gps co-ords.. but if you type voortrekker monument you will find it. 100%

 

if not take the Eeufees offramp and turn left. (coming from the south on the n14)

you cant miss it... good luck!

what time does it open in the morning and is there a cost to ride there??

Think it opens at about 08h00......... cost is R20. 60% Single track up and down (your legs will burn) and 40% jeeptrack. Trail is well marked

 

You can also try Groenkloof if you have the time.......

It opens at 05:00 already. But I do not recommend trying it too early, the Blesbokkies and Zebra might just surplize you. Rest of info is spot on.

following week is cator cruise and my "winter body" just aint in racing condition yet..............
