Would love to but probably only going out for a quick test ride to see if its wize cylcing with glandular fever :D

Please take it easy with glandular fever. Some recover faster than others.

I had my fair share of that in 2008. And i was 3months off, and then recovery for another 2.

When the doc says NO intensity... he actually means: cycling but almost going backwards.

It's best to leave the ego at home if you go cycling.

It's really a bastard if you don't treat it right, it can then take years to recover.

And you know that fine line between doing too much, and just enough.... well that line just become A LOT finer...

Good luck with your recovery :)

Come over to "the light" and go for gold in the mountains. No robots, no stop streets, no vehicles ! ;)

Morne, has got one of "those" too. Enjoy road more, though.

Well then, you will just have to accept that there is no cure for "that" illness - roadies ignoring traffic rules.

You are obviously not riding your mtb properly if you are enjoying the road more :P

Hey, its all good man - face it, not everyone can eat chilies !
